Just a brief note to let you know what a great job your mortgage employees are doing. I recently inquired about refinancing my home loan with your firm. Sonja took the mortgage application over the phone and with the day Amber had called me back with a quote for my loan approval. Once a title report was pulled, Amber called to inform me that there were a couple of liens on my home, I told her that these had been taken care of when I purchased the real estate from my parents. She assured me that she would do whatever it took to help me get these removed and the lowest rates available. ( to me she went above and beyond to do this) A year or so ago I tried to refinance my home loan and the bank would not help me and basically told me I couldn't do my home loan as long as these were on my title report. I am really glad that American Brokerage employs someone like Amber, I think my interest rate was lower by approx 5 % because of Amber's hard work.
